  7. Členstvo v zmysle odsekov 1-3 vyžaduje písomnú prihlášku. Pred prijatím člena musí byť vypočutý členský klub alebo kluby tej istej krajiny. O žiadosti rozhoduje valné zhromaždenie po preskúmaní predstavenstvom.
  8. Podporujúci členovia sú prijatí na základe písomnej žiadosti predstavenstva.
