ERA Extraordinary General Meeting

The ERA president, Boris Mićić convenes
the Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held online on the ZOOM platform on 14th February 2024, at 17:00 h. (CET).

A request for the Extraordinary General Meeting has fulfilled conditions stated in the ERA Constitution (§ 9, item 2).

The agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Change of the ERA constitution
  3. New approval of the ERA constitution according to the Revenue Authority’s requirements
  4. Change of the conditions for convening an Extraordinary General Meeting
  5. Change of the register of the associations to the Kassel district
