More and more people are attracted by this dynamic activity called Aqua Walking, and ERA wanted to welcome this discipline already practiced in some European countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and the UK), in Africa (Tunisia, Algeria), and South America in Brazil.
Program:
- focus on all aspects of aqua walking, in all its facets: leisure, well-being, and competition
- training framework to train monitors and create AW clubs
- expand the circle of nations representing the AQUA WALKING discipline which was introduced at the Mediterranean Beach Games in August 2019 at the 2nd edition of these games in Patras (Greece).
- organizing, with the support of IAW (International Aqua Walking), competitions with the so famous International Aqua Walking Games which 3rd edition will take place in the south of France in Mandelieu La Napoule from 11-12 October 2024 with 6 or 8 teams.
At the last AWSC meeting held on February 23, 2023 we officially appointed the heads of the federal delegations that will participate in the next Aqua Walking Challenge in France from October 13 to 15, 2023.
