One half of the ERA Board for the following 4 years required to be approved at the ERA conference in Ilawa (P). The mandate of the 1st vice-president, the 3rd vice-president and the 2nd assessor expired in 2023. Unfortunately, Joep Naber resigned the position of the ERA treasurer because of work commitments and lack of free time for ERA activities. His regular mandate should end in 2025. As the resignation came in June 2023, the Board proposed a new candidate for the remaining period 2023-2025: Steen Kobberø-Hansen. Afterwards, the Board proposed a new candidate for the position of the 1st assessor for the remaining period 2023-2025 instead of Steen Kobberø-Hansen: Asnāte Ziemele.
All candidates were elected and they accepted the results of the election. The new Board for the period 2023 -2025 is composed of:
